Hola!
Mi consulta es la siguiente me traslado todos los días al trabajo en un charter. Me dan la factura todos los meses. Cuando presente el F.572 dos contadores me dijeron que no, no va nada de transporte ni comida, ni vestimenta que uno se pone a pensar es lo que gasta para estar en el trabajo no nos dan uniformes o el almuerzo todo sale de nuestro salario.
Lei todo los comentarios que muchos lo han incluido pero no comprendo que procedimientos seguir si no lo ingresan como por ejemplo el gasto de transporte. Gracias

hola como estas, te quiero preguntar si la union civil (union entre parejas del mismo sexo en Capital ) se tiene que conciderar como conyuge para declarar en el impuesto de las ganancias a la 4ta categoria, y que te lo tengan en cuenta en el momento de las deducciones . gracias

hola nose nada sobre impuestos pero le consuto mi marido gano un juicio a la p.f.a el todavia trabaja para la fuerza gano el juicio por 27.000 cuanto tendria que pagar de impuestos yo necesito comprar un terreno igual tengo que pagar??? gracias

la empresa me puede obligar a presentar los comprobantes para cargar la planilla 572? Las deducciones son las mismas del año pasado.
Otra consulta, la empresa me paga el alquiler de la vivienda, pero no figura en mi recibo, ni como haberes no remunerativos, el contrato es entre el dueño de la vivienda y la empresa. Corresponde que igual ese monto se sume a los haberes remunerativos para hacer el cálculo de ganancias.

Gustavo, con respecto a la fuente oficial para hacer las deducciones extras, podés citar los casos legales que están en la nota que te pasé en el otro comentario. Este tipo de casos sientan jurisprudencia, con lo cual en los siguientes casos legales es muy probable que el juez llegue a la misma conclusión.

Gustavo, primero: me parece genial que puedas ayudar a tus compañeros para entender el impuesto a las ganancias.
Ahora bien, con respecto a deducir los “gastos para trabajar”, no hay nada estipulado en la ley que ampare esto (ni que lo niegue), de ahí es que surgieron esos reclamos legales ante la AFIP argumentando que los gasto del automóvil y hasta los gastos de la ropa son gastos necesarios para poder trabajar.
Por lo tanto no existe un monto máximo declarado para este tipo de deducciones extras, vos deberías incluirlo en tu F.572 y la empresa, deberá presentarlo ante la AFIP. Si la AFIP aprueba esas deducciones, se te empezarán a descontar, sino tendrás que hacer una demanda legal como pasó en esta nota: Mas deducciones por causas laborales.

Si tenés una unión civil (la que se realiza en Capital Federal únicamente), entonces tenés derecho a poner a cargo a tu cónyuge, siempre y cuando, cumpla los requisitos de ganancia máxima anual.
Por cierto… la unión civil obliga a la empresa que le brinde Obra Social para tu cónyuge también.
